PROFFORMANCE project Final conference

On the 16th June 2022 the PROFFORMANCE project is organising a final conference in a hybrid format, which may be of interest to experts, teachers, managers, students, professional organizations, as well as decision makers.

The conference is the final event of the project PROFFORMANCEAssessment Tool and Incentive Systems for Developing Higher Education Teachers’ Performance, which aims to support the improvement of the quality of teaching and learning at higher education institutions in the European Higher Education Area, by developing tools for evaluating the performance of teachers and incentive systems, as well as collecting and sharing good practices.

The event will focus on the results of the PROFFORMANCE project: the Assessment Tool for higher education teachers’ performance will be presented. The award ceremony of International Higher Education Teacher Award 2021/2022 will also take place. It will be held with a presentation of best practices. Among the teams awareded this prestigious award is also the team from the University of Nis. At last, A PROFFORMANCE Teaching Excellence Database will also be launched.

Presenters will offer an outlook to future activities of the PROFFORMANCE consortium, planned between 2022 and 2025.

The event is organized by the Tempus Foundation from Hungary in partnership with the Hungarian Ministry of Innovation and Technology, with the cooperation of partner institutions (from Austria, the Czech Republic, Georgia, Croatia and Serbia, where the Foundation is a partner institution) and associated partners.
