Eurodesk

Eurodesk is a European network that provides free, quality and verified information on youth mobility opportunities, promotes European mobility programs such as Erasmus+ and European Solidarity Corps, encourages active youth citizenship and youth policy development.

The Eurodesk Network was established in 1990. and is made up of a central office in Brussels, 38 national offices in 36 European countries, as well as around 1100 multipliers – regional and local organizations working with young people and youth workers, providing them with direct information and advise them about mobility and education opportunities.

In March 2019, Serbia became the 38th member of the Eurodesk Network. The National Eurodesk Center in Serbia operates within the Tempus Foundation and is located in the Foundation Tempus Information Centre.

Performing its role of organization supporting the implementation of the large European Union’s Erasmus+ program, Eurodesk strives to make information on learning mobility for young people comprehensive and accessible, providing guidance for mobile young people across Europe.

Via the European Youth Portal it manages, Eurodesk answers questions from young people across Europe, publishes their stories and experiences as well as news about education, volunteering, work engagement, travel, culture, health, active participation in society and other topics relevant to young people, in 29 European languages.

The Eurodesk Network’s website provides young people with information on scholarships, professional practices, trainings, trainings, and various competitions, which all interested persons can also receive through an electronic newsletter.

The National Eurodesk Centre in Serbia is available and provides information to all young people and youth workers in the Foundation Tempus Information Centre (Terazije 39/I, Belgrade) every working day from 10 am to 6 pm – no need for prior appointment, by phone 011-3342- 430 (options 1 and 2) as well as email: info@tempus.ac.rs.
